Environmental Test

 

  • Luminaire performance is strongly related to the environment
  • We simulated user environment to make sure each product go through various environment testing before shipment

Structure Reliability Test

 

  • In thedesign initial stage, draw the structure diagram of the lamp housing according to the different needs of customers
  • Evaluate heat dissipation/ Optical / installation structure 
  • 3D printing samples to see proportion and out looking
  • Test heat dissipation and lumen maintenance rate

Surface Finishing Performance Test

 

  • Uniform, smooth, no obvious scratches, paint, peeling and scratches and other adverse phenomena
  • Painting layer adheres force test

Packaging Safety Test

 

  • Design assess for convenient storage /promote sales aspects
  • Vibration / droping test
  • Package kit checking, including accessories / the manual /warranty card

Electrical Safety Performance

 

  • Lamps should meet the national or regional electrical safety performance standards
  • Output wattage / efficiency / Power factor / Surge current / Surge voltage test

Certification By 3rd Reliant Laboratory

 

  • Initial test in UMI lab
  • Issue certification from 3rd reliant lab to make sure certifications and reports authority ,effectiveness and transmissibility
